This tutu is full purple and lilac tulle and comes on an elastic waist. It is topped with a lilac satin ribbon that can be worn on the front, back, or side of the tutu. 

IMPORTANT:  Wings measure approximately 12 inches wide and 13 inches tall. These wings are all "one size fits all," but may need some adjustments for a small baby.
